Day 1

Fri. June 25, 2004

Rented this Jeep and drove down to Horseheads N.Y
to pick up Prillys sister Sue. Then headed up to Glouster, Mass

We stayed in the Bass Rocks Inn.

Sue was in her glory with all these rocks.

A chance to relax.

Checking out the place.

We met Jesse and Alyssa there, Sue's youngest.
Alyssa was with her boyfriend Nate and Jesse was with
Christine his girlfriend. They would be spending the weekend
in Glouster with us and then heading home.

Two sisters just glad to be with each other.

Jesse found this sea gull with a hook in his beak.
The line was wrapped around the rocks so he could only fly
to the end of the line and then he would crash back into the sea.

The tide was coming and he was going to drown.

Then Prilly and Sue talked this man that was one of the owners
of the Inn to swim out in the 50 degree water and save him.

After reeling him in, he cut the line and saved him.
He was there Hero.

You can tell this is a sea port town.

This old sea man got himself quite a catch.
